extraordinary strand of different ancient stone beads from the Sahara desert of Westafrica.
On this 26" strand you will find different types of stones in different shapes and sizes.
The stone types are Calcite, Quartz, Carnelian, Agate and Jasper in donut, zylinder, wheel and spherical shape. The latter with rare off center holes. Most of the stones have been handdrilled with conical holes.
Some of the stones may very well be neolithic.
